Ellen Ellis

Ellen Marie Ellis, age 83, of Emory passed away on Wednesday morning, September 16th, 2020. Ellen was born on May 18th, 1937 in Gober, Texas, the daughter of Cecil Ray and Bessie Gertrude Hutchings. Ellen married James Ellis in Greenville, Texas on April 18th, 1985. Ellen was a member of Dunbar Union Church in Emory, Texas.

Ellen is survived by her sister, Joyce Johnston; daughter, Jamie McLarry and husband Gerald of Emory; sons, Kenneth Jones and wife Gloria of Quinlan, Joe David Morgan of Greenville, Joe McNair; daughter, Diane McNair; grandsons, Josh Munson, David James Morgan and wife Patricia; granddaughter, Kristie Reyes and husband Vincent, Amber Johari and husband Neal; grandson, Phillip Jones; great grandchildren, Kaitlin, James, Matthew, Kenzy, Kody, Conner, Kaylee, Luke, Walt; along with numerous friends and family.

Ellen was preceded in death by her husband, James; parents, Cecil and Bessie; and son, Robert Morgan.

Graveside Service will be held on Friday, September 18th, 2020 at 4:00 pm in Dunbar Cemetery.
