Shellie is survived by her Husband Charles E. Bell II; mother Barbara Ann Dalton; daughters Melissa Kennedy, Betty Busse, Sandra Busse just to name a few; granddaughters Bella Sipes, Gabbriella Sipes; sister Connie Stewart; brother Ronnie Summerville; nieces and nephews Ashley Yandell, Eric Yandell, Bradley Yandell, Daniella Stewart; great-nephew James Sisco; 3 step-children and 2 step-grandchildren.
