Rebecca Adams

November 28, 1951 — April 29, 2025

Greenville

Rebecca Adams, a beloved wife, daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2025, in her hometown of Greenville, Texas. Born on November 28, 1951, Rebecca’s life was a testament to the joy of creativity and the warmth of family.

From a young age, she was captivated by the world of art, finding solace and expression through drawing and painting in her favorite class. This love of art permeated her life, shaping her as a person who brought beauty into the lives of those around her. Rebecca was not just a talented artist; she was a sweet, kind-hearted individual who radiated joy and laughter. She always had a smile on her face, spreading happiness wherever she went.

Her hobbies were a reflection of her vibrant spirit. Whether solving crossword puzzles, playing bingo, cross-stitching, or creating beautiful pieces of art, each activity was infused with her unique flair. Rebecca cherished these moments, finding delight in both the simple and artistic aspects of life.

Rebecca took great pride in her family, especially the birth of her three children: Kimberly Ramirez and her husband Armando, Michael Adams and his wife Windy, and Cruzita Navarrete with her husband Manuel Delgado. Each child brought immense joy to her life, and she relished in being a mother, guiding and supporting her children with boundless love. As a grandmother, she was blessed with 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, whose accomplishments and milestones filled her heart with pride and happiness.

Rebecca is survived by her loving husband Librado Navarette, her loving brother, Bill Jordan, and his wife Janet Jordan, who will carry her memory forward. She is also lovingly remembered by her children and their families, whose lives have been forever enriched by her nurturing spirit.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Jordan, her mother, Elenor Kreykes, and her brother, Daryle Jordan. While her departure leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew her, Rebecca’s legacy of kindness, laughter, and love will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to call her family or friend.

All are welcome to join as we honor the beautiful life of a remarkable woman who touched so many lives with her warmth and creativity.
