Funeral services for Ramon Chavez Rodriguez will be held at 10:00 am, on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Iglesias Bautista Emanuel de Farmersville with Pastor Daniel Fresnillo officiating. Interment will follow at Farmersville IOOF. Visitation will be Friday, December 16, 2016, 6-9 pm at Iglesias Bautista Emanuel de Farmersville.

Ramon Chavez Rodriguez, age 88, of Farmersville, passed away at his residence, Thursday, December 15, 2016. Ramon was born the son of Luis Rodriguez and Maria Chavez in Alamo, Texas on October 18, 1928. He married Victorina Martinez, she survives. Ramon loved fishing.

Family members left to cherish his memory are his wife, Victorina; his children, Ana M. Martinez and husband, Jose Jamie, Olivia M. Hernandez and husband, Ramon, Ramon Rodriguez Jr. and wife, Terra, Griselda Rodriguez, John Rodriguez and wife, Sandra, Romeo Rodriguez and wife, Sonia, Laura Macias and husband, Rodolfo, Armando Rodriguez and wife, Deborah, Louis A. Rodriguez and wife, Maria, Mario A. Rodriguez, and Fernando Rodriguez; 40 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
