Mark Harrison

Mark Leon Harrison, 59; passed away at his home in Greenville, Texas on Saturday, June 14, 2014. Mark was born on January 3, 1955 to Patrick and Dorothy Harrison in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mark served his country with honor and distinction in the United State Marine Corp. He then worked as a lineman for GEUS Energy in Greenville, Texas before retiring. Mark was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He was proud of his service in the U.S. Marine Corps Force Recon. He was most proud of his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mark is survived by his son Mark Daniel Harrison and his wife Shayla; daughter Tess Harrison; grandchildren, Mark Daniel Jr., Allie and Hunter; his parents, Patrick and Dorothy Harrison; brother, Patrick "Skip" Harrison and his wife Shirley; sister Teresa Harrison Chamberlain and her husband Mark; six nieces and nephews; as well as numerous extended family, friends and neighbors. A celebration of Mark's life will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
