Margaret Klein

Margaret Irene Klein, age 86, of Greenville, passed away in the morning hours of Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Rockwall Nursing Home in Rockwall. She was born on August 19, 1923 in Dallas, Texas to Samuel Edward and Anna Azelie Emerson Myers, they preceded her in death. She married Bernard George Klein in Dallas in 1946 and together made a lifetime of memories until his passing in 1998. Ms. Klein worked as an executive secretary in the banking industry and lived in the Dallas area until 1996. She an active member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Dallas and a member of St. Williams Catholic Church in Greenville. In her free time she enjoyed working puzzles, playing games, and sewing,. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by children, Georgia Couch of Greenville, David Klein of Greenville, Dan Klein of Dallas, and Terri Smith of Carl Junction, MO; grandchildren, Vanessa Utrecht, Michael McDonald, Annie Smith, Ashley Klein, Katie Klein, John, and wife Emily, Klein, Christopher Smith, and Chelsea Smith; great-grandchildren, Mason and Isabelle Klein; and beloved niece, Nancy Taylor.
