Linda Jane Campbell

Linda Jane Campbell was born on September 13, 1941, and passed away on June 6, 2026. She lived a life full of dedication and kindness, touching many through her work and her warm spirit. Linda was an aide for the Quinlan Independent School District, where she contributed to the education and well-being of many students. She pursued her studies at Ferris State University, laying a foundation for a life devoted to service and community.

Linda was a woman who enjoyed simple and meaningful pleasures. She was an active member of the Garden Club and Eastern Star, reflecting her love for nature and fellowship. Her leadership was evident as she served as President of the PTA for the Dallas Independent School District. When relaxing, Linda found joy in watching the TV show "Heartland," a small comfort that brought her happiness.

Many friends fondly remember her vibrant personality. One friend shared, "I remember having so much fun with your mom," a testament to Linda’s joyful and caring nature.

Linda leaves behind her loving family: her son Michael Campbell and daughter-in-law Jorina, her son Derrick Campbell and daughter-in-law Kaye, and her daughter Kai-Ann Campbell along with her son-in-law Scott. She was a proud grandmother to Rebecca Hargrave, Jacob Campbell, Isabell Campbell, and Ryan Hargrave. Linda also had close family connections with her cousins, Tanya Morrison and Robert Dunn.

She was preceded in death by her father, Noble Bollinger, her beloved mother, Ruby Bollinger, and her husband, James Campbell.

Linda Jane Campbell will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend who enriched the lives of those around her with her kindness and dedication. Her legacy of love and community spirit will continue to be cherished by her family and friends.
