Lidia Garcia

Lidia Dominga Garcia, age 79, of Greenville passed away on Friday Morning, January 1st, 2021. Lidia was born on August 4th, 1941 in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico; the daughter of Tiano Leon Gilbert and Maria Belen Alverez. Lidia married Bernardo Garcia in Los Angles, California on March 24th, 1962.

Lidia is survived by her children, Bernardo Garcia; Virginia Garcia, Israel Garcia & (Lourdes Garcia) , Yolanda Garcia & (Manuel López), , and Isabel Kasparie & (John H. Kasparie)

14 grandchildren; Andrew Richard Lerma, Benny Garcia Jr., Esteban Rodney Garcia, Alonso Garcia & (Jennifer Garcia) , Natalia Garcia., Ángel Garcia,  Angelina  Hein & (Jason Hein),  Abigail Cates,  Alejandria Kasparie, Anabelle Martin & (Dylan Martin), John Kasparie, Joshua Kasparie, Amileah Kasparie, and Jacob Kasparie.

7 great grandchildren; Isabella Quetzali Garcia, Brian Alexander Cuellar Garcia, Jaden Hein, Annaliese Hein, Jubilee Hein, Asher Hein, and Clarity Cates,

10 siblings; and many in-laws, nephews, nieces, and family that are too many to name but not forgotten.

Lidia was preceded in death by her husband, Bernardo; parents, Tiano and Maria; 2 brothers Reynaldo and Francisco Gilbert.

Visitation will be held at Legacy Funeral Home, Friday, January 8, 2021 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM.  It has been requested to adhere to Covid 19 standards.

Committal Service will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery, San Diego, CA., Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM; rendered by Legacy Funeral Home in La Mesa, California.
