Leiza Jeanine Alexander

Leiza Alexander, age 51, of Emory, passed away March 27, 2023. Her family will be holding a celebration of life at 12:00 PM on Sunday, March 9, 2023 at Rose Community Center in Emory. TX.

Leiza was born in Phoenix, AZ. on March 10, 1972 to Jerryle Haley. She was a private investigator for many years, enjoyed singing, wood and glass engraving, baking, and jewelry making. Leiza loved spending time with her family especially her grandkids, she adored watching movies with them and would let them get away with anything.

She is survived by her daughters, Tashera Haley (Addison, TX.), and Trenda Harger and her husband, Justin (Canton, TX.), grandchildren, Tristen Haley (Canton, TX.), Tavin Haley (Canton, TX.), Justin Harger (Canton, TX.), Bradlee Harger (Canton, TX.), and Kailynn Harger (Canton, TX.); mother, Jerryle Morroh; sisters, Charmeina Morgan, Cherie Bradburry and family, and Meishell Haley (Fort Smith, AR.) brother, James Haley (Emory, TX.), as well as many nieces, nephews, adopted sons, and daughters who love her deeply.

Leiza was preceded in death by her aunt, Jillray; step-father, Billy Morrow; niece, Savannah Haley; the love of her life, David Love.
