Jose Ramirez, Sr.

Jose Ramirez, Sr., age 59, of Greenville, passed away Monday, July 25, 2011 at the Medical Center of McKinney. Jose was born in Monterrey, Mexico on September 25, 1951 to Jose Ramirez Rivera and Antonia Torres, they preceded him in death. Mr. Ramirez enjoyed wood working and the time he spent with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Inocencia Comacho Ramirez; children, Jose Juan Ramirez and wife Maria, Cruz Ramirez, and Patricia Earnhardt, all of Greenville, and Virginia Eguia and husband Marcelina, of Dallas; siblings, Pablo Alvarez, Martha Alvarez, Patricia Alvarez, Alejandro Alvarez, Daniel Alvarez, and David Alvarez; and by 13 grandchildren. Services for Mr. Ramirez will be held at 3:00 P.M., Friday, July 29, 2011 at Peters Funeral Home with Pastor Jose A. Amaya officiating.
