Joni proudly embraced her role as a grandmother and truly enjoyed spoiling her grandkids. She is survived by her loving husband, Dave Parkinson; her brother, John Cox; her sister, Deborah Allmon; and her children, Jesse Parkinson and his wife Kristi, Jaime Scott and her husband Brett.
Joni's legacy continues through her grandchildren: Matthew Parkinson, Alyssa Scott, Chloe Parkinson, Kailyn Scott, Faith Parkinson, Kylie Parkinson, and Grayson Scott. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will carry her memory forward.
