Jimmie K Lane Jr, age 59, of Greenville TX, was peacefully called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday December 19 2025, surrounded by love and faith. While our hearts mourn his passing, we rejoice in knowing he is now fully healed and resting in the presence of Jesus Christ.
Jimmie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He believed firmly in God’s promises and trusted in His perfect plan. He often reminded those he loved that this life is temporary, but with Christ is forever. His legacy is one of faith, love, and devotion — a life well lived for God’s glory and his passion for helping others through the ministry of Celebrate Recovery.

Jimmie is survived by his wife, Christy Lane. Siblings, Donna Wise, Troie Lane, Ronald Carnes Jr., Timmy Carnes, Joey Carnes, Vanessa Carnes and Danny Carnes. Children, Cory Pompa and wife Eva Pompa, JT Lane and wife Tamra Lane, Shaya Smith and husband Dustin Smith. Grandchildren , Kalon Lane, Bailey Pompa, Avery Pompa; and many extended family members and dear friends who were blessed by his life and love.
Jimmie is preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie K Lane, Ronald Carnes and Katherine Williams, and Grandson Koda Lane, and many other extended love ones. He is now reunited with them in Heaven, rejoicing in eternal peace.
