Jacob will be profoundly missed by his 10-year-old son, Liston Ray Shuttleworth, who will always cherish their shared memories—camping, golfing, building Hot Wheels tracks, visiting the zoo and Six Flags, and playing countless games together.

Known for his intelligence, humor, and caring nature, Jacob touched the lives of all who knew him. Though he faced challenges in life, he found strength and support through his active involvement in the Lakepointe Church Support and Recovery Ministries. His church softball team, which meant a great deal to him, recently won the league championship on May 12th.
