Helen (Simpson) Gortemiller passed away on December 2, 2018 in Celeste, Texas. She was born on August 8, 1944 in Mena, Arkansas to Edward and Esther (Brewer) Simpson.
She married James Gortemiller on January 10, 1963 in Gustine, California.
She is survived by her loving husband James Gortemiller, Sr.; son, James Gortemiller, Jr.; sisters, Eva Tanner, Evaughn Ralls; brother, Elmer Simpson; 16 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Ernie Simpson.
