Deborah Kaye Smith

Deborah Kaye Smith, 62 of Sulphur Springs, TX. passed away on September 9, 2022 at her residence.

Deborah was born on August 16, 1960 in Kaufman, TX to Elvis and Juanita Smith.  She was common law married to Harold Barrett since 1989. Deborah enjoyed music, crafting little dolls for the grand babies, she also enjoyed cooking and adored her family especially her grand kids and taking them to do things. She was a homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother. 

Deborah is survived by the love of her life, Harold Barrett (Sulphur Springs, TX.); sons, Tad Wayne Smith (Sulphur Springs, TX.), Justin Robert Wayne Barrett (Sulphur Springs, TX.), and Danny Wayne Barrett, Jr. (Sulphur Springs, TX.); step daughter, Brandi Barrett (Marion, AR.), and step son, Donald Barrett (Joiner, AR.).

She was preceded in death by her father, Elvis Theodore Smith; mother, Juanita Sophia Smith; brothers, Johnnie Smith, and Roy Lee Smith, and sister, Annita Blevins.
