Daniel Paul English, a beloved member of the community, passed away peacefully in Greenville, Texas, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Farmersville, Texas, on September 5th, 1944. Daniel was known for his successful career as the owner of Sand & Rock Gravel Company and for his dedicated years of service at Walker McDonald in Greenville.

Daniel was a proud graduate of Farmersville High and throughout his life, he had a passion for making others feel at ease with his warm and welcoming personality. Those who knew him best remember him for his love of 70's & 80's Country Music, particularly enjoying the tunes of Waylon Jennings and the Highway Men. He also cherished traveling throughout the Continental United States and spending quality time with his family.

Among his proudest accomplishments were the birth of his children and grandkids who meant the world to him. Daniel is survived by his loving wife Carolyn English; daughter Shonda English Mouser & Wesley; son Justin English & Nicole; grandson and granddaughter Seth English & Jhumelyn and Raylee English; several nieces and nephews as well as his best friends Don and Jessie Williams who joined in his and Carolyn's travels.

Daniel will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He is preceded in death by his mother Gertrude English, father John English Sr., brothers John English Jr., George English, Rodney English, sister Dorothy English, and a host of other relatives and friends.

His legacy of kindness, hard work, and dedication will continue to inspire those whose lives he touched. May he rest in peace.
