His Funeral Service is Tuesday, August 17, 10:00 AM at Peters Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Thrower was born on June 29, 1933 in Waco, the son of Webb Alvin Thrower and Vela Sutton Thrower. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Thrower; daughter Darlene Vikki Thrower (Drennan) of Garland; son, Blake Thrower and wife Melinda of Rowlett; brother, James William Thrower and wife Joyce; five grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Peggy Thompson; and brother; Allen Thrower.
