A man of many interests, Billy cherished working estate sales with Marsha Cooper and Milton Babb, riding motorcycles, and nurturing his beloved garden, especially his roses. A true animal lover, he enjoyed the companionship of dogs and often spent time drawing and reading. He was known for his joy in dancing and had a special tradition of checking in daily on his parents and sister, showcasing his immense love and commitment to family.

Among his proudest accomplishments, Billy held dear his roles as a son, brother, and uncle. His kindness and generosity extended beyond his immediate family; he was known for his willingness to help, notably assisting Marsha Cooper at her school. To his nieces and nephew, he was affectionately known as Uncle Bull, a title that carried love and fond memories shared throughout their lives.

Billy's lifespan was marked by endearing memories, including his cherished experience of buying his home in Greenville, Texas, which stood as a testament to his dedication and hard work. He also fondly remembered the time spent with his great granny, which brought immense joy, as well as outings to the local donut shop with his sister Loretta.

Billy is survived by his loving family: his father, Billy Ray Hamilton and wife Adele; his mother, Linda Jean Raines; his sister, Loretta Hamilton McKay and husband John; his brother Weston York and wife Jessica; his nephew, Justin McKay; and his nieces, Lindsey McKay Sandin and husband Tim and Caroline McKay.

Billy's legacy of kindness, loyalty, and joy will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will continue to inspire and bring warmth to the hearts of his family and friends.
