Barbara Walding

Barbara Walding, 69, passed away December 31, 2011 in Greenville Texas. She was born in Palestine on July 20, 1942 to George and Ethel Greene. She is survived by her daughter Tammie Walding; two daughter in-laws, Cynthia Walding of Greenville and Cammie Thompson of Carthage; one son, Randall Walding of Greenville; four brothers, Kenneth Greene of Palestine, Don Greene of Palestine, Tony Greene of Whitehouse, Randy Greene of Eustace; seven sisters, Juanith Young of Dallas, Geneua Kluth of Athens, Pauline Coslin of Athens, Evelyn Staples of Palestine, Glenda Brooks of La Grange, Gloria Smoothernan of Whitehouse and Phyllis McEven of Whitehouse; five grandchildren, Karen Hodge, Phyllis Cammack, Sherry Maxwell, Ashley Holland, Melissa Walding; seven great grandchildren, Blake Hodge, Amanda Beauchamp, Chelsie Hodge, Zack Cammack, Chase Cammack, Shelby Cammack and Clinton Holland. She is preceded in death by her husband Clint Walding, son Bailey Thompson, one brother, Michael Greene and one sister, Carlene Kamp. Services will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel at Peters Funeral Home. Interment will be at Forest Park Cemetery in Greenville. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2012 from 6 till 8 pm. All arrangements were made through Peters Funeral Home.
